We have one place left on our craft retreat starting this Saturday (May 20th-27th). The week concentrates on wool crafts and includes; a shearing demonstration, foraging for natural dye plants, dyeing fleece, wet felting, spinning and needle felting. The last two days will be spent with Fi Oberon who is a very well known UK needle felter…creating stunning Highland animals and creations from the fleece which has been naturally dyed earlier in the week.
Guests stay in beautiful accommodation in Corrimony just down the road, which is fully catered. The Old Stables (where guests stay) is located next to the river, with lots of lovely walks just outside the front door. We also take time in the week to visit Glen Affric, which is known as one of Scotland’s most beautiful glens.
We pick all our guests up from Inverness, which can be easily reached by plane (Easyjet, Flybe) or train.
