Yoga
Joanie teaches a form of Hatha yoga, she has blended and added her own mix along the way after years of practice. She teaches in an informal relaxed way, with humor and ease. Joanie teaches the morning yoga sessions as well as some outdoor yoga sessions (above Loch Ness), relaxation evenings and meditation.
Walking
We live in one of the most beautiful parts of Scotland. Our part of the Highland’s has so many stunning places to walk. During the week we visit, Glen Affric, which is known as one of Scotland’s most beautiful Glens, Plodda waterfalls (one of the tallest in Britain). We also walk in the hills above Loch Ness and visit one of the most ancient Cairns in the Highlands. None of the walks are too demanding, but they all lead to either a beautiful view, site, water or mountains.
Craft
Those that are interested can spend a day learning to felt using our own naturally dyed fleece. You can meet the sheep and make something beautiful from their wool. It is so easy to learn to felt and also fun and relaxing.
Music & Storytelling
Enjoy an evening with Ele, storytelling, playing music and singing.
Massage workshop /Meditation/Relaxation evening
Join us for an evening workshop.
Cooking
Bake bread with Rosie. Enjoy delicious healthy home-cooking using local ingredients.
