We had a great week for our Spring Relaxation week. We had sunshine everyday, which meant we were able to have yoga outdoors in the morning, which was a real treat. We had picnics by the river and some of the group went for a dip more than once -it felt wonderful! There’s nothing quite like that tingley feeling after a swim (once you have recovered from the initial shock!!).
Our Autumnal Relaxation week is now fully booked, so we have decided to add an extra retreat in September. Our new week is running from September 8th-15th and will be a combination of our Spring and Autumnal weeks. September is a lovely time to be up here, we still have the long summery days, with the feeling of Autumn around the corner! Please see our main site to find out more…
